HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

The Boston Marriott Copley Place is the host of the Driving Change Conference and, along with The Colonnade Hotel, is the preferred hotel for overnight accommodations. Both hotels are centrally located in the historic Back Bay district of the city. They are steps away from each other and short walks away from Newbury Street, Boston Common and some of Boston’s top historic sites. You’ll be only a short walk or cab ride from experiencing all that “The Hub” has to offer.

At this time, The Colonnade Hotel has greater availability of rooms including a small block of GSA rooms. Available dates: 11/1 – 11/3.

When registering online you will have the option to pay by credit card using the secure credit card processing site.

Pay with Check

When registering online you will have the option to pay by check. Invoices will be mailed to the business address listed on your form and must be paid by October 2, 2015. If paying by check or purchase order, please click “Show other payment options” under the large green “Order Now” button on the registration site. Click the “Pay Offline” button for either check or purchase order payments.

If you are a government agency using a purchase order, our Federal ID number is 22-2474823. Purchase order numbers must accompany registrations. Registrations using a purchase order with no number listed will not be processed. Payment must be made by October 2, 2015.

Registration cancellations must be made in writing via email, fax or mail. Cancellation requests made on or before October 2, 2015 will be refunded in full. Refunds will not be made for cancellations after October 2 or for participants who register but do not attend. No exceptions to this policy can be considered, as funds will then be fully committed to the production of the conference. All refunds will be mailed after the conclusion of the conference.
